Order Processing

We fulfill orders Monday - Saturday. All of the orders placed by 3:30 pm MST Monday-Friday and by 12:00 pm MST on Saturday will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed on a Sunday, major US holiday, or after 1:00 pm MST on Saturday will begin fulfillment on the following business day, unless otherwise noted. Orders must be paid in full in order to be processed. 

Domestic (US) Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping (3-5 business days to most locations) within the United States for purchases over $50!  You will have the option to select an alternative shipping method at checkout; exact postage rates are provided. Refer to the end of this page for USPS and UPS delivery timelines.

Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping methods (2 day, next day and overnight), orders must be placed by 2:00pm MST Monday - Friday for processing that same day.

In-Store Pickup: You may pick up your order at our lash studio (Lash Shark) in Cave Creek, AZ.  You will have an option to choose a "local pick up" instead of a shipping when checking out.

 Orders are ready within 1 hour and wil available for pick up between 9:00 am and 5 pm Monday- Saturday, closed on Sunday.
