Not happy with your purchase? We want you to love your products and we understand how important it is to be 100% satisfied with your tools when it comes to your craft. Please let us know at help.divalashes@yahoo.com if you wish to return or replace your item(s) and we will take any unopened and it back within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Returns & exchanges

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be unopened in original packaging, with proof of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, the item is no longer eligible for a return. Diva Lashes is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items.

Once we have received your returned item, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at help.divalashes@yahoo.com immediately to initiate an exchange. Video or photo documentation is required within 72 hours of delivery in order to receive a replacement item (for fastest processing, please include this in your initial email to us). Once the proper documentation is sent and the product is determined to be damaged or defective, we will ship your replacement item within 3 business days.
